** Job Description**

**Responsibilities**

The Mgr, I.S. Operations will manage a team of technical analysts in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology that supports the organization's mission critical server and storage infrastructure. This position assists reviewing industry technology, standards and best practices to create plans to ensure the technology platforms meet SLA and operation goals. This position will assist in promoting standards, developing capacity plans, roadmaps, and developing related policies and procedures. This position is expected to collaborate with I.S peers and leadership on improvement service opportunities. The position will effectively lead the IS Operations team to meet service and project in accordance with defined NHC tools, processes, and best practices. High proficiency in Microsoft, Linux, VMware and Storage technologies.

**Qualifications**

**Required:**

* With Required Degree Five years in Information Systems, Without Required Degree Nine years in Information Systems

* Bachelor Degree

**Desired:**

* One year in a healthcare setting

* One year management

* Industry Recognized Technical Certification

* Information Technology Infrastructure Library
