** Count Team Attendant**

**Description:**

Summary: Responsible for handling slot bill validators, table games drops, audit fills and credits, TX drop/replenishment and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Nevada Gaming Control Board, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.

Essential Functions:

* Responsible for handling slot bill validators, table games drops, audit fills/credits and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

* Conducts all facets of the count including opening of the boxes, preparation of the drop, verification of documentation and bundling of currency, final reconciliation of totals, and all other related task

* Ensures the integrity and compliance of all count transactions and applicable laws, rules and regulations

* Assists in a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the table drop boxes to determine by table, the amount of the drop and the win

* Prepares various reports, including stiff sheets, transfer sheets, audit fills and credit slips. Reconciles all totals to the Master Summary and forwards all information to appropriate individual(s)

* Handles the slot coin and bill validator drop pick-ups, TX drop and replenishment, weighing, wrapping, canning and transferring the slot coin drop to the coin vault

* Re-impress the slot booths and employee bank from the coin vaults

* Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve Count disputes

* Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Six months related experience is preferred

* High school diploma or equivalent with some college accounting courses preferred

* Must be at least 21 years of age

* Effective communication skills are required

* Must be extremely numbers oriented and computer literate

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions, furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

* Ability to work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail

Physical Requirements

* Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying up to 100 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop and continuously standing more than 75% of the time.

* Working indoors in a noisy, smoky, dusty environment and in hot, cold, or humid temperatures at least 75% of the time.

* Hearing, speech and literacycritical.

* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus and distinguish between shades of color.

* Use tools or equipment including currency counters requiring a high degree of dexterity.

* Additional conditions include the possible hazard of sharp edges in and around the slot machines, and poor air quality inside the count room due to excessive dust.
