Overview
This position is with one of our radiology clients in the Chicago area. They are looking to add a Healthcare IT Project Manager to their growing team to assist with projects migrating clinical applications. They have had acquisitions and need someone to manage projects migrating clinical applications onto their platform.

Responsibilities

• Organize project structure, i.e. projects and sub projects with consideration to the dependencies and constraints in the best way to achieve the overall goal.
• Facilitate meetings with project teams that result in everyone understanding their role an deliverables and garner progress toward Project goals
• Prepare and deliver formal communication with senior leaders, stakeholders, all levels of management, and working teams
• Appropriately assess project risk and manage/report it
• Ongoing clinic acquisitions are driving the need for PMs to essentially help with the implementation and integration of these other clinics systems on top of their enterprise platform
• PM to support implementation team (handle 5-10 new implementations at a time - taking a practice or site and bringing them onto enterprise solution
• Enterprise solution is 3 clinical apps and infrastructure (1 is a workless app (Clario) , dictation application (Power Scribe), PACS system (image and see all priors in the current study) Intelerad
• Those 3 apps allow all radiologist to do their work
• Utilizing cloud-based environment (PM will need understanding of cloud products and previous history in healthcare space
• Sending recap notes, sending out status reports, managing client communication and calls, facilitating meeting with stakeholders,
• They may be working with 3rd party vendors , client, and internal staff all at once to help support the migrations
• Multitasking is critical they will be handling 5-10 implementations a month , working on strict timelines as well
• Need someone that can multitask and be customer focused is HUGE
• On PST for first 2 weeks to understand tools
• Working with implementation team, interface team (need to establish HL7 interfacing for messaging and mapping , work with billing team, and regional services team (team on the ground supporting the practices
• Want PMs to focus on ServiceNow entries
• Using OneNote as well and Outlook

• 7+ years of project management experience
• PMP cert is a plus
• Healthcare experience required
• Understanding of clinical applications (They use Clario, Power Scribe, Intelerad- plus if you have worked with these in the past)
• Hospital IT project experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing 3-5 migrations on a monthly basis
• Strong communication skills- able to communicate with vendors, end users, and business
