Security Attendant - Weekend Shift - Henderson, NV - 220####### **Description**

Proficient at command center duties. Monitor and report on CCTV for any abnormalities or security issues. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.

* Responsible for all command center duties and general patrol duties of the Officer position.

* Certified and be able to perform CPR, First Aid and use of an AED.

* Providing clear concise information to supervisors, co-workers either by radio, written, electronic or in person.

* Certified Drug and Alcohol technician.

* Prepare and assist with physical audits, and research and recommend solutions.

* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized person, or unusual occurrences. Perform investigative and follow up to all irregularities..

* Patrol industrial and office premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

**Qualifications**

* High School diploma or GED

* Computer experience preferred. Military or Police Science beneficial. 0-2 years security experience.

* Knowledge - Strong verbal and communication skills required

* Skills - Skill in utilizing building security and lock systems and procedures

* Abilities - Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.

* Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.

* Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.

* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

* Ability to gather data- compile information, and prepare reports.
