The HOA & Maintenance Coordinator is primarily an administrative position that requires high level customer service abilities, superior organization & communication skills, and computer proficiency to effectively accept maintenance requests and manage the maintenance process. No onsite maintenance will be performed by this position. This position will also manage all incoming HOA violations for any given property and manage the process of resolving and closing the HOA violation. At RESYS Real Estate and Property Management, our goal is to create a positive experience for both our landlords and tenants, while producing a positive perception of the company and its staff.
