Duct Cleaning Professional – Sales & Service

Job description

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Duct Cleaning Professional. The Duct Cleaning Professional will be skilled in evaluating, cleaning and sanitizing systems as well as Duct Cleaning Sales. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate options to fulfil their requirements.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. Must speak clear and fluent English and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Execute proper duct cleaning and sanitization techniques
• Maintain vehicle supplies and cleanliness
• Upsell and perform additional services (Furnace, Dryer and A/C Coil cleaning) as needed
• Clean up on job site
• Support client with online payments
• Dependability, reliability and punctuality
• Motivation and enthusiasm
• Professionalism and representation of the Evolve Services brand
• Works well with and without supervision
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to use employer provided service app to process invoices on site
• Drive positive customer reviews and business referrals
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards/Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer’s requirements
• Assisting with customer’s queries

Requirements

· High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
· 1+ year experience as a Duct Cleaning Professional
· Valid, clean Nevada driver’s license
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
· Clean Background check
· Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice
· Ability to work in confined spaces
