We are looking for Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC technicians with a great deal of experience and a proven track record. Responsibilities of the position:

• Perform electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to ensure peak performance and make repair recommendations as appropriate.
• Perform specific preventative maintenance including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing and cleaning of equipment.
• Use experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
• Represent the company in a positive manner to all clients and other trades.
• Suggest additional services that are beneficial to customer.
• Work well in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Submit required paperwork to Service Coordinator and complete required data entry in a timely manner.
• Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime / weekends and on call as required.

Hourly rate $25-$35 per hour based on experience and performance in the field.

Minimum Requirements:

· Must have minimum of 3 years verifiable Commercial Refrigeration experience.

· Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record.

· EPA Universal certification required.

· Must have strong work ethic, discipline and high level of integrity.

· Must have excellent verbal and organizational skills.

· Must have strong troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

· Must be trainable.

· Must possess a strong desire to succeed.

· Must commit to a flexible work schedule, to include evenings, weekends, holidays and on call as required.

· Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening if necessary.

Work Environment:

Will be required to work in a field environment, multiple customer sites daily.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
