Real Estate Industry Experience : At least 2-5 years of experience working in real estate and / or office management, and you hold a NV real estate or in process of obtaining it.

Responsibilities
•
You will be running business and personal errands up to 10% of the time in this position
•
Manage Deal Flow : Prepare your Agent for listing appointments, assist with showings, inspections, and events, and liaising with the transaction coordinator from contract to close
•
Create and execute home seller listing programs and home buyer preliminary information and checklists - schedule vendors for home inspections, staging, and repairs
•
Scheduling showings, collecting showing feedback, and on rare occasions assisting with showings
•
Marketing : Draft property descriptions for new properties and create listing presentations
•
Support : Provide an executive level of administrative support as needed to leverage your agent to produce at a higher level
•
Develop and implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, contact database management, and back-office support
•
Manage the agent's calendar and schedule events accordingly
•
You'll also be in charge of phone management and drafting correspondences and e-blasts
•
Maintain a clean and organized office
•
You will play a significant role in the business's success and will take on this responsibility with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, and integrity
•
You will be responsible for holding yourself and your agent accountable and providing a concierge level of customer support
